Only prepaid reservations are guaranteed. Prepayment can be made at any time before the day of arrival at our hotel, by credit card, Bank transfer or cash at the reception of the Hotel.
When booking from the hotel's website, the prepayment will be charged to the guest's credit card according to the conditions of the selected rate.
In case of non-guaranteed reservation, the room is reserved for you until 18: 00 on the day of arrival and can be moved to other hotel or canceled if hotel is overbooked.

You can book a room in any convenient way:
- by phone (non-guaranteed booking, payment upon arrival)
- on the hotel website (guaranteed booking, with full or partial prepayment depending on the selected rate)

Please note that extra bed can be added to the room starting from the double comfort category.
From 0 to 3 years-free of charge, if necessary, a cot is provided( please notify a few days before arrival)
From 3 to 11 years inclusive - 1200 rubles per day

If the guest requires a guaranteed early check-in (accommodation before 14: 00). The service is charged in the amount of an additional day as the hotel holds the room from the previous day.
Please note that early check-in is subject to availability on the desired date.
In case of non-guaranteed early check-in, guests will be checked in according to room availability at the time of arrival. If there are no rooms, the guest can leave luggage in the storage room and return later for accommodation.

If you need to check out before 18:00, the guest pays 50% of the cost of the night.
After 18: 00-full day.

If you pay directly at the hotel, you will receive an invoice with a cash receipt and a final invoice at check-out. ( except for payment by the guest on the online booking sites expedia, agoda and others)
If you pay by bank transfer, the reporting documents are sent to the address of the organization within 5 working days after the departure of the guest.

No, smoking in the hotel is strictly prohibited in all areas in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation.

Yes. The service is free. According to the safety rules, things can be stored in the storage room for no more than 24 hours.

A buffet breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant every morning from 7 to 11 am

The hotel has a small gym for hotel guests.

On the ground floor there is a Concierge Desk that can help arrange transfers and excursions.

The hotel does not have its own parking. Public parking for extra charge is available near the hotel.

Suites and deluxes are equipped with safes .The service is free. Guests staying in other room categories can use the safety deposit box at the reception. The cost of 300 rubles for the entire stay.
